WHO CAN ADOPT
ALL: families, groups of workers or parish church, classes of students, single persons, etc….. The long distance adoption was born from the consciousness of not being happy when alone. To adopt means many things: to guarantee a place at table for someone far, to grab the occasion of winning over egoism, solitude, superficiality and giving more sense to ones life sharing something important with a child and a less fortunate family.
WHAT IS ASKED OF ADOPTERS:
1)Permanence and continuity in the financial aid to guarantee a safe conclusion of the Project to the responsible in Eritrea, to the family of the child adopted and to the child himself.
2)The amount paid for the adopted child’s care, represents a necessary sharing and is not superficial; it’s a child/person that enters into the family that adopts.
3)The moral, affective and material generosity of those who adopt far away children is an example of generosity and good heartedness.
