Code of conduct

OUR VALUES
While pursuing our mission, “help the children” is inspired by the following values:

  • Freedom
  • Justice
  • Truth
  • Respect of others
  • Solidarity

The application of these values brings to a Code of conduct that “help the children” suggests to its collaborators, volunteers and to all its stakeholders with which it is in touch.

THE CODE OF CONDUCT:

  1. Recognize and respect the rights and aspirations of the children without discrimination of sex, race, religious belief or culture.

  2. Insure the children with their right to life, good health and education. Contrast every form of violence, ill-treatment or exploitation.

  4. Choose the projects of children aid with complete freedom and independence of judgment. Favour the projects concerning poverty and children’s needs.

  5. Operate in the projects in a concrete and pragmatic manner taking into account the adequacy and efficacy of the effort made related to the goal to be attained. Make sure of the satisfaction of the children at the conclusion of the project.

  6. Control the advancement of the projects visiting the places where the projects is destined with experts and volunteers. Endow the funds to the projects gradually in terms of the effective advancement of the foreseen programme.

  7. Solicit the donations of privates (Persons, Societies, Organizations) giving the maximum transparency of the collected funds. Insure the donator the utmost reserve and respect of the privacy.

  8. Insure the children are given the major part of the funds, keeping costs of management at minimum levels.

  9. Introduce collaborators and volunteers in such conditions that they develop their human and professional potentials fully. Offer professional training as to enrich the work of collaborators and volunteers.

  10. Value the collaborators according to criteria’s of responsibility and job merits.

  11. Certify yearly the balance of the economic and financial management pointing out the objectives pursued, the results attained and the funds utilized.
